 Ionut: Thank you for calling Magics Electrics. This is Ionut, how may I help you today?

Mark: Hi Ionut, this is Mark with customer number ME357. I'm calling to report a problem with a recent purchase.

Ionut: Absolutely, Mark. Can I get the invoice number for the purchase you'd like to discuss?

Mark: The invoice number is 007865. It's for an Intel Pentium processor.
